All bookings require a deposit of 50% of the total booking cost. This will come off the total on the day and is non-refundable.

If a cancellation occurs with less than 48 hours' notice your deposit will be forfeited.


Please provide a minimum of 48 hours' notice before your appointment if you need to cancel or reschedule.

Late cancellations or no-shows will incur a charge of 50% of your booked service, this fee will be taken from your deposit.


Effective 20th April 2022 until further notice:

All clients must be fully vaccinated and show proof prior to entry in the beauty room. Medical exemptions must bring proof of exemption and I.D. Failure to adhere to these guidelines will result in you being turned away on the spot.

If you are showing any signs of illness or have been around anyone with any illnesses, please reschedule your appointment. If you show up to your appointment with any signs of illness, you will be turned away and a fee will be applied before rebooking, due to not being able to fill your spot.

All clients must use the hand sanitiser provided on arrival.

If you need to reschedule your appointment, please provide 48 hours notice to avoid "NO SHOW" fees.

No guests will be allowed into your appointment with you. This includes children of all ages. If you bring a guest they will be required to wait outside or in the car. 

A mask must be worn at all times during your treatment, unless performing a service where the mask needs to be removed. In which case the mask can be removed for the duration of service and placed back on once finished.

If you are a close contact of someone who has Covid - 19, seven to fourteen days prior to your booking, please advise me ASAP so we can discuss your appointment. If you live in a household where someone is isolating, please advise prior to your appointment.

Failure to adhere to these rules will result in being turned away on the spot.
Anyone who refuses to comply will be refused entry & treated as a NO SHOW.
