Please provide a minimum of 48 hours notice before your appointment if you need to cancel or reschedule.
Failure to do so will require a deposit to be paid before future rebooking can occur.
Cancellations on the day of your booking will be charged 50% of booking total cost.
If you fail to attend your appointment without notice 100% of your BOOKING cost may be charged before rebooking can occur. A deposit will be required before a rebooking can occur.
COVID 19 - VICTORIAN GOVERNMENT GUIDELINES
Due to the recent pandemic following the Victorian Government, the following additional polices will be implemented effective 29th October 2021 until further notice:
All clients must be fully vaccinated and show proof prior to entry in the beauty room. Medical exemptions must bring proof of exemption and I.D. Failure to adhere to these guidelines will result in you being turned away on the spot.
If you are showing any signs of illness or have been around anyone with any illnesses, please reschedule your appointment. If you show up to your appointment with any signs of illness, you will be turned away and a fee will be applied before rebooking, due to not being able to fill your spot.
All clients must use the hand sanitiser provided on arrival.
Prior to entry into the beauty room all clients must use QR check-in code.
If you need to reschedule your appointment, please provide 48 hours notice to avoid "NO SHOW" fees.
Due to the space of the Beauty Room, no guests will be allowed into your appointment with you. This includes children of all ages. If you bring a guest they will be asked to wait outside or in the car.
A mask must be worn at all times during your treatment, unless performing a service where the mask needs to be removed. In which case the mask can be removed for the duration of service and placed back on once finished.
If you have travelled to an area of concern within the past 7-14 days prior to your booking, please advise me ASAP so we can discuss your appointment. If you live in a household where someone is isolating due to being in a Tier 1 or Tier 2 please advise prior to your appointment.
Failure to adhere to these rules will result in being turned away on the spot.
Anyone who refuses to wear a mask, provide proof of vaccination or use the QR check in, will be refused entry & treated as a NO SHOW which may result in the full fee of your booking cost.
